DIETARY AIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dietary Aide assists with food preparation, meal service, and ensuring dietary needs are met for residents or patients in healthcare settings. The responsibilities include preparing food, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide quality nutritional care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or GED equivalency required. Food service experience preferred. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift, bend, and turn. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and push heavy food carts.

Greets and serves food to customers in a positive and professional manner to provide optimal customer service.
Operates cash register in accordance with departmental procedures and maintains record of sales at each meal for departmental financial records.
Prepares and serves food for catering functions, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School or GED.
Ability read well and write legibly.
Ability to communicate well verbally.
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1- 2 years In Food Service or Retail Operations.
