**Job Summary and Responsibilities** This position is responsible for the design, coordination, implementation and management of the Performance Improvement (PI) plan and identifies opportunities for improved patient care, incorporate evidence-based practices, and improved patient outcomes. + Oversees the events reporting process, root cause analyses, investigations and requests from the claims team (including management of subpoenas, Summons and Complaints, and coordination of legal documents related to hospital liability). Participates in system office initiatives and programs to mitigate risks in the facility which have been identified at other hospitals, resulting in reduced costs, adverse patient outcomes and ultimately safer patient practices and care.
+ Collaborates with the Medical Staff and Organizational Leadership to develop and enhance safe patient care while achieving optimal outcomes, including the organization's peer review program and ongoing and focused practitioner evaluation.
+ Provides leadership and is responsible for accreditation and regulatory survey readiness. Oversees mock survey tracers to assess survey readiness. Provides education to staff and providers on regulatory compliance. Organizes required staff to develop responses to survey deficiencies and submits responses to the appropriate accreditation or regulatory agency.
**Job Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management responsibility in an acute care setting, two (2) of which is related to managing an organization's Quality Improvement Program. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical, patient care experience or equivalent. Experience developing and implementing clinical, service and operational process improvement initiatives, both small and large scale. Knowledge and expertise in specific performance improvement/CQI methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN). **Licensure:**

The Social Worker is responsible for performing social work screenings and interventions for patients in the Skilled Nursing Care. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Participates in and supports all aspects of healthcare foodservice operations. Works with facility staff to provide optimal nutritional care and demonstrates excellent customer service to patients, guests and staff.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Follows healthcare foodservice industry standards, regulations, guidelines and procedures including monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage processes. Avoids cross-contamination of foods and adheres to personal hygiene requirements. Maintains proper labeling of food products and ensures storage of food equipment, and machinery per regulations & facility guidelines.
Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu & dietary requirements using required kitchen utensils and equipment. Maintains knowledge of recipe ingredients to respond to food allergy questions or requests.
Follows organizational standards and guidelines for a high quality patient and customer experience. Ensures proper meal portioning and an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Cashiering
Serving in the retail area
Assembling, delivering and retrieving patient trays
Performing cold food prep
Performing utility assignments (e.g., dishwashing, washing pots & pans, maintaining equipment)
Performing catering functions and or delivering/picking up catered food
Supporting inventory maintenance duties
Performing general cleaning of equipment and work areas (e.g., mopping, sweeping, emptying trash cans, etc.)
Performing other duties as assigned by leader
Job Requirements
One (1) year foodsservice experience.
High School Graduate General Studies.
