The DSP Management Specialist is responsible for managing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) documentation, system access, and compliance processes. This role supports the full DSP lifecycle and serves as a coordination hub between DSP partners and internal teams to ensure accurate data, smooth operations, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. DSP Information Management
Collect, review, and maintain DSP partner information, including company credentials, contracts, and account details.
Build and manage a centralized DSP database to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
2. Access & Compliance Management
Manage DSP system access, including account creation, permission changes, suspension, and deactivation.
Ensure DSP compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal audits and data compliance reviews.
3. Process Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Network Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to support the full DSP lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, performance evaluation, and exit processes.
Track and document DSP KPIs, violations, deposits, and insurance status; maintain logs and highlight potential risks.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DSP operational reports.
Document and archive operational and compliance issues related to DSPs.
Maintain SOPs, training materials, and standardized templates.
5. Communication & Liaison
Serve as a communication bridge between DSPs and internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Product).
Handle basic inquiries and data exchange requests.
Support DSP onboarding during network expansion and new HUB launches, including document review and system access setup.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; major not restricted.
1-3 years of experience in operations or administrative operations roles.
Experience in last-mile delivery, warehouse operations, or DSP management is a plus.
Skills
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (large datasets, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Strong process management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to quickly learn system access logic and account management workflows.
Language Requirements
Bilingual in English and Chinese.
English: system use and basic email communication

**Job Description**
We are seeking an Amazon DSP & AMC Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team in Irvine, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns using Amazon's cutting-edge platforms, including Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).

REQUIRED:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or a related field

The key responsibilities of the Child Care Parenting Specialist are as followed:
Provide 1:1 counseling to each client, introducing behavioral approaches to child guidance.

Qualifications

Licensure-eligible or actively pursuing licensure in a behavioral health discipline, where applicable is strongly preferred.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use disorder treatment settings, preferred.

Assists individual with the selection of person-centered activities and life skills learning experiences, in accordance with individual desires, ISP and IPP (Individual Program Plan) objectives as needed.
Works with other service members in the planning and delivery of activities consistent with individual and service objectives.
Supervises individuals while they are at the service, and provides personal care support as required; which may include nutrition, personal hygiene, and assisting the individual to look their best.
Supports individuals in finding their preferred way to communicate their needs and choices, and educates them in the use of the appropriate tools to help them find their voice.
Provides guidance to Life Skills Coach 1 and direct care associates, as necessary.
Safely and effectively uses all technology, alternative communication and adaptive equipment related to the individuals and the service. Trains individuals in the use of assistive technology as directed.
Follows procedures, standards, guidelines, and best practices established in designated services; and adheres and complies with applicable regulations external to the organization, to ensure health and safety of individuals and service line associates, compliance and quality of services. Attends in-service trainings and adheres and meetings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
Four to six (4-6) years of related experience is preferred. One year experience working with individuals with challenging behavior is required for positions that will support behavioral services.Or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training to perform the job successfully.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Knowledge of person-centered programming approach providing services to create purposeful and meaningful activities.
Ability to demonstrate actively listening, patience, and empathy in communicating with individuals that use the service.
Able to be creative and flexible, problem solve, organize and complete tasks in a timely manner, follow directions of supervisor, take initiative, work effectively with other team members and volunteers.
Able to interact appropriately and maintain positive working relationships with associates, stakeholders, individuals and their family members, caregivers, and the general public.
Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgment; exercise discretion and handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
Ability to properly interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to provide assistance with personal care to participants, including ability to transfer an individual who has no weight-bearing skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and remain calm and collective in stressful environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to walk, stoop, stand, and kneel for extended periods of time. Ability to push wheelchairs on a variety of terrain. Must be able to tolerate an outdoor work environment inclusive of a variety of weather conditions. Move and re-arrange furniture (i.e.: tables and chairs for activities).
Ability to travel locally with individuals who use the service to participate in activities related to the service.
Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation per Easterseals Southern California and/or program requirements.
Ability to provide proof of required vaccinations or positive titer showing immunity.
Ability to pass post-offer medical examination and test for tuberculosis. Ability to provide proof of required vaccinations or positive titer showing immunity.
Must pass all drug testing required by ESSC.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Treatment Support
Participate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews, demonstrating preparation and understanding of patient needs, progress, barriers, and treatment strategies.
Complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, in accordance with program standards and supervision requirements.
Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination, clinical tasks, and daily treatment support.
Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads in the absence of primary therapists, as directed and within scope of practice.
Patient Engagement & Support
Assist patients in identifying and managing external stressors that may impact treatment engagement and progress.
Support therapists in family communication, coordination, and documentation related to patient care.
Promote patient engagement, accountability, and continuity throughout the treatment process.
Documentation, Compliance & Accreditation
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes in the electronic medical record.
Maintain clinical records in accordance with organizational policies, licensure requirements, and accrediting body standards.
Demonstrate adherence to confidentiality regulations, ethical standards, and patient privacy requirements.
Support discharge planning activities in collaboration with therapists and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or another related Human Services field that qualifies the individual for clinical licensure eligibility.
Licensure-eligible or actively pursuing licensure in a behavioral health discipline, where applicable is strongly preferred.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use disorder treatment settings, preferred.
Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics and professional standards of conduct.
Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations.
Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and documentation expectations.
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical support skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
