The PM Coordinator should coordinate all functions related to preventative/planned maintenance and product improvements, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Dispatch and schedule technicians daily.
Review list of machines coming due for service and call customer to schedule maintenance when necessary.
Order parts daily for all scheduled jobs for technicians.
Open and close work orders daily derived from technicians, as well as back filling for others where needed.
Check for open product improvements when opening work order.
Manage and update job codes for PM services.
Keep current on new systems, technology, and advancements in the industry.
Review and approve PM agreements and quotes to be sent to customers.
Review oil sample paperwork, track, and ship oil samples.
Send monthly invoices for PM agreements.
Manage and update job codes for PM services.
Update pricing quarterly or sooner if a significant change is made to a model's maintenance recommendations.
Assist the rental group with completing maintenance repairs on machines that have been returned from rent.
Continual learning through training courses per the provided learning plan completed by service manager.
Continual training with oil analysis and staying up to date on current oil capacities.
Keep current on DOT regulations and requirements for service trucks as well as environmental compliance.
Check technician reports for accuracy and completion.
Correctly bill within appropriate billing software.
Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent.
Associates degree from a technical college preferred.
Technical knowledge and experience preferred.
Professional communication skills and basic computer skills required.
Must have a solid background in proper diagnostic procedures.
Must be self-motivated and self-starter.
Must be able to accomplish all requirements with minimal supervision.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
Must own proper tools to perform required repairs.

The Dispatch Lead, Public Safety reports to the Supervisor, Public Safety Dispatch. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. This position works with multiple project timelines and is responsible for managing employees performing work of a complex nature.
Incumbent must have the ability to stand and sit frequently throughout an eight-hour period, reach vertically for overhead use as well as horizontally. Must be able to use a telephone or headset equipment.
Incumbents must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs., perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day, and function in an environment with constant interruptions.

Mobility Status:

About the Role:
This position reports directly to the Austin Transportation Supervisor and involves regular communications with Operations, Billing, and Sales Staff. The Austin Area Customer Service - Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating transportation policies and programs.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and emails and effectively managing requests and issues from both customers and drivers, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.
Overseeing and directing dispatch activities for multiple locations
Manage driver actions and ensure completion of services along routes
Develop and manage daily routing and dispatch schedules to meet on-time service goals
Promptly resolve service issues for drivers and customers as they arise while maintaining excellent customer service
Update and inform customers of service delays in accordance with company standard
Provide updates to customers on pick up status or changes in service due to unforeseen circumstances
Collect and report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to monitor vehicle locations and optimize routes
Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates
Communicate effectively with operations for specific equipment needs daily
Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and services.
