KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the progress of flights. Remain constantly aware of location and status of all company aircraft
Issue necessary information for the safety of the flight
Cancel or amend (121) flights if, in the opinion of the Dispatcher or Pilot-in-Command, the flight cannot operate or continue to operate safely as planned and released
Monitor the weather along flight routes, and dispatch aircraft and crews
Will be knowledgeable of applicable CFRs, company policy and procedures, aircraft performance, limitations and characteristics which pertain to operational control of all Trans States aircraft
Orchestrate irregular operations such as over-fly, divert repositions and/or maintenance ferry flight with Maintenance Control, Crew Scheduling and affected stations

Provides information to officers in the field; researches computerized databases;
Enters and maintains MULES entries and other information reported to terminal agencies; reviews warrants; recalls warrants as directed;
Trains for, monitors, and responds appropriately to natural and man-made disasters, as well as the general fast-paced dispatch center environment, handling complex scenarios with minimal oversight (once initial dispatcher training period is complete);
Restores computerized systems and equipment following power outages.
Shall abide by and adhere to all ECDC rules, regulations, policies and procedures and those of participating stakeholders and agencies;
Shall practice good housekeeping at all times and report any equipment malfunctions immediately;
Shall not discuss Dispatch Center business with anyone other than those having the need to know;
Assists in maintaining current list of employee and stakeholder contact information;
Monitors surveillance cameras and security doors;
Monitors inmate arrest status and coordinates commitments and releases with courts;

The iSOC Coordinator position is designed to ensure comprehensive security and life safety monitoring through three defined levels of responsibility: Level 1 - Security, Level 2 - Life Safety & Level 3 - Interactive. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
· Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls.
· Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
· Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
· Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
· Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
