Track progress and follow up on outstanding or overdue work orders. Communicate with Maintenance Technicians and property teams to confirm status and completion of work. Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the Maintenance Manager or appropriate team. Compile and submit a daily report at the end of each shift summarizing: Number of work orders assigned and completed Any open or delayed tasks Technician performance or issues Maintain accurate records in the AppWork system to ensure data integrity and visibility.
