    The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dispatchers to ensure that pick-up and delivery tow times meet the Service Level Agreement between IAA and providers and that paperwork is completed fully and accurately to maximize payments received for services. 2 years related work experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred Positive attitude Professional and clean appearance Able to communicate effectively Computer Literate Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Clean DMV & drug screen required Travel up to 25% of time Typical Field Office Environment Careful monitoring of our driver performance, equipment performance, business volume, and managing related costs Responsible for providing efficient and timely pickup/delivery tow service Distributing assignments and deliveries to drivers Reviewing driver logs and timecards Maintaining driver files Communicating driver problems to management Dispatcher/Customer Support training and oversight Other duties as assigned per business needs
