This is a Support Analyst position (not a Business Analyst or Developer role). The analyst will support a critical program called Prioritize Service Event (PSC), which helps dealers receive service leads and generates significant revenue for the organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction across our Aftermarket Sales (ASC) and Aftermarket Marketing (AMC) platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide second-level support (first-level answers calls, second-level resolves issues).
Serve as the primary support contact for Salesforce communities delivering PSE services to dealers.
Understand how the Salesforce Communities (Aftermarket Sales and Aftermarket Marketing) work end-to-end.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality, data flows, and system integrations.
Collaborate with digital and external teams to resolve platform, data, and integration challenges.
Provide timely updates to MSORs on open support tickets to facilitate dealer communication.
Work directly with dealers to resolve issues within the ASC and AMC communities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's and/or master's degree with 2-4 years' experience supporting the Salesforce platform.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic Salesforce knowledge; Salesforce Admin certification required, Platform certification highly preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification, OR Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification.
Experience supporting Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with data integration tools and troubleshooting APIs or middleware.
Knowledge of the Heroku platform and its integration with Salesforce.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

After Hours Imaging Workflow Specialist

This is a non-patient facing customer service role, assisting the company's Radiologists and other Radiologists, by managing the radiology imaging workflow for emergent studies. This position answers the phone, retrieves, and sends radiology images, locates and acquires prior electronic exams, faxes reports, or other paperwork as needed, and follows up on any unread studies.
The ultimate responsibility of this position is to assist the Radiologists with providing good patient care by managing the workflow to ensure Radiologist are able to deliver timely reports to the referring facilities.
Training hours will vary from Work Shift. Will work 36-40 hours per week training, until the transition into regular work shift, which is 7 on 14 off. · 7 on 14 off = Seven, 11 hour days, Monday through Sunday (77 hours) with the next 14 days off. · Shift hours for the After Hour role, after training is complete, will be: 6pm - 5am MST
Starting Salary is $37,960.00 annually, with a 5% performance bonus.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service principles and practices required.
Previous PACs experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
Multi-system monitoring in conjunction with image transfer, requisitions and report turnaround between the hospitals and DRC.
Quality control and performance monitoring.
Study monitoring and patient information management.
Liaison with DRC, and facilities with whom DRC has a working relationship.
Operational trouble-shooting and problem solving.
If working After Hours, may act as a liaison with DRC Security Officer to monitor and enforce data security policies.
Coordinate data flow with DRC Radiologists.
Provide proactive technical administration, planning, coordination, documentation and management reporting for the system.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

We are expanding and seeking a fellowship-trained neuroradiologist to join our team of 7 daytime neuroradiologists in Denver, CO. This partnership track position focuses 100% on neuroimaging, covering a range of diagnostic studies including stroke CT/CTA with perfusion, 4D CT parathyroid imaging, functional MRI, pediatric neuroimaging, and occasional minor procedures (e.g., lumbar punctures and myelograms).Workflow:
PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.
Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation.
Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.
AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE.
Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.
Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.
Compensation Package/Benefits
Salary: $420k for associates ($400k base + $20k retention bonus) with partnership opportunities offering $550k-$600k +, depending on productivity.
Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable
Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates.
Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners
Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology.
