The Management Consultant will guide clients through multifaceted transformations using EAG's methodology, from project planning to execution and final sign-off. Job Summary:
The ROCC Operator will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and control for Repsol's renewable generation assets across the US. Job Summary:
Reporting to the Quality Team Lead, the Civil Quality Inspector is responsible for the quality control management and civil works acceptance of large scale solar and battery storage projects, with potential involvement with utility scale wind projects in the future. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections to ensure code, testing, and material compliance of services and products adhere to the standard of Repsol's Quality Management System of renewable energy projects as assigned by the Quality Team Lead, Construction Manager, Project Manager, and others as needed. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of HSE you will partner with the various RRNA teams, to ensure our projects are following all required programs and creating a positive environment for the safety of our employees, contractors, the environment, and RRNA's assets. It is required to establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal customers, contractors, and subcontractors, maintain awareness of project specific HSE needs and address these with the appropriate RRNA team.
This role will preferably be based out of the RRNA corporate offices in Houston, RRNA has projects actively under construction and operations and travel to various project sites will be required, and occasionally on short notice due to any incidents. Sr. Procurement Contract Manager will provide support to the EPC/ BOP Procurement department and will draft, develop, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including exhibits. Summary
The Maintenance Planner provides leadership and direction for work management functions across two LNG and two RNG production plants. Job Summary:

Job Summary:
Repsol is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Development to drive the development of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Western U.S. from the project identification stage through start of construction. Securing local agreements that address tax abatement, road use, decommissioning, community benefits, or other local matters

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Provide SCADA design guidance during development phase of construction.
Verify that the design criteria including Scopes of Work and ensure Contractor/Engineering compliance is met, both for the Company and third-party requirements (Investors, Owner's Engineer's, Off-Taker, Utility) for the overall control system, SCADA, and communications scheme for the projects being designed and built by an EPC Contractor.
Support and validate the development of engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments for the overall SCADA system of renewable plants and remote monitoring.
Ensure that the SCADA design including modifications to RTU configurations and point list implementation in the EMS/SCADA system meet the Company's requirements and third-party companies (Investors, Owner's Engineer's, Off-Taker, Utility).
Support SCADA testing during commissioning.
Provide SCADA technical support and assistance to Repsol's Asset Management, Operational Technology, Remote Operations Control Center, Construction, Interconnections, Development and other teams as required.
Work with the Company's Operations Technology team to ensure the remote data requirements are incorporated into the company EMS/SCADA system as required.
Ensure projects meet all Company's cyber security and OT requirements.
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Comply with and enforce the Company's Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
Up to 20% travel.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer without company sponsorship.
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or similar discipline.
3+ year of experience as SCADA Engineer, OT Engineer, or Control Systems Engineer focused on renewable energy projects.
Experience in multiple renewable energy generation technologies: Solar, Wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Experience with electric grid energy management systems or similar for the purpose of configuring and engineering SCADA systems used for electric grid monitoring, protection, and control preferred.
Proficiency in SCADA software and hardware, such as Wonderware, Ignition, SEL or similar platforms.
Knowledge of networking practices related to substation and SCADA equipment.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices required by industrial control systems of renewables generation plants.
Knowledge of SCADA systems for renewable projects, with the ability to supervise engineering design and support the commissioning of the facilities.
Knowledge of the protective system of renewable generation plants and associated electrical infrastructure (substations, power lines).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills involving the ability to work cross-functionally to understand requirements, present alternatives, and recommendations.
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and calmness.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Ability to provide timely assessments with limited information and/or assumptions.
Proficient with the use of personal computers and automated tools.
Engineering experience specific to electric utility scale renewable projects.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support the design and execution of utility scale PV Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. The right candidate must be competent to carry out, review, and analyze complex technical studies and project scopes, along with the ability to develop and review technical specifications, drawings and standards. This position will work closely with other engineers in the office and throughout the organization in the successful delivery of the projects.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with GIS and CAD professionals to prepare maps, drawings, and other details.
* Oversee engineering teams in the preparation of feasibility studies, technical drawings and engineering reports.
* Coordinate with project managers, other engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Lead the quality control of civil works (roads, grading, utility placement, etc.), ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Conduct site inspections and audits as necessary.

Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for oversight of substation and transmission line project design, review/performing studies, calculations, and coordination. As well as for the delivery of the automation system for the high voltage scopes of work for our utility scale PV Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. This position works within multi-disciplinary teams to assist in the development of efficient and reliable collection, ,substation and transmission line designs.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of substation and transmission line project scopes of work and deliverables.
Capable of producing control building layouts, substation general arrangement, cable and conduit plans, line arrangement, grounding plan, sections, details, auxiliary AC/DC power distribution diagrams, bill of material, cable schedule, etc.
Acts as a key contributor to the development of substation physical application documents for air-insulated substations (AIS) and gas insulated substations (GIS), to define design scope, philosophies, methodologies, and criteria for medium and high-voltage substation projects.
Review of design basis memorandums, detailed engineering scopes, and then guide contractor discipline engineers/designers to align with Repsol engineering deliverables according to project requirements.
Provide electrical, high-voltage, collection system, and substation support to operating renewable projects.
Participate in the engineering, design, and construction review processes including review of the collection system, substation, and transmission line designs.
Oversee internal and external electrical discipline calculations, studies, and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. For example, ampacity, reactive power compensation, loss analysis, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, TOV, TRV, insulation coordination, harmonic, etc.
Support new project commissioning, documentation support, and assist with project energization.
Review and continuously improve commissioning, maintenance, and standard operating procedures.
Review maintenance records and recommend corrective actions to ensure reliability and compliance with the applicable NERC standards.
With peers, develop structured feedback sessions for all lessons learned with the project team to include misoperations, root cause analysis, and safety-related events.
Review and update project documentation
Develop and implement site betterment projects including preparation of scope documents, exhibits, budgets, schedules, and requests for proposals.
Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
Lead or participate in discipline specific project meetings and conference calls.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant technical experience.
Professional Engineering license in at least one state in the USA.
