Summary:

This is a position in which the incumbent has regular unsupervised access to and direct contact with probationers, or parolees, and is a DART (Drug/Alcohol Test Designated) position in accordance with Civil Service Rules. Some positions assigned as Institutional Parole Agents may have regular unsupervised access to and direct contact with prisoners more than 50% of the time.
