This includes can lines, bottle lines, conveyors, wrappers, palletizers, batch systems, brewing, mixers, etc. • Ability to learn how to troubleshooting all electrical and controls equipment (PLCs, drives, HMIs, optics, sensors, detection systems, safety systems, networking, PCs, etc). • Can learn and troubleshoot PLC programming (RS Logix 500 and 5000). • Can learn and troubleshoot sensors (prox, optics, level, flow, temp, etc). • Can perform basic electrical wiring (terminations, connectors, etc). • Be able to work a flexible work arrangement (working dayshift, sometimes nightshift, call-ins, etc). • Communicate with leadership and maintenance personnel on clear problem statements and determine next steps on troubleshooting efforts. Partner with supervisors and Line leader in resolution of daily issues. • Lead troubleshooting events and develop problem statements with other plant personnel to help determine next steps to resolution.
