Support pilot production runs, providing on-the-ground technical assistance and ensuring smooth handoffs to manufacturing. Work closely with quality control, purchasing, and suppliers to source and evaluate new and existing components. Interpret technical documentation such as schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, BOMs, and assembly drawings. Operate and maintain lab equipment including soldering irons, power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and standard hand tools. Keep the lab environment organized, efficient, and aligned with safety standards. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones. The Electrician 2nd position assists in all factory, agricultural and operations maintenance activities. All applicable work is done in accordance with National, State and Local Electrical Codes. They will communicate with others in the factory to determine appropriate priorities. Working knowledge of relays, motors and gearboxes is required. Must be able to work with up to 12,470 volt 3-phase equipment and switch gears as well as lower voltages in both single and 3-phase.
