QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related technical field preferred. 5+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role; a combination of relevant experience and formal training (robotics, lasers, metal fabrication equipment) will be considered. Technical Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals. Strong background in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) and knowledge of relay logic. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, including making code modifications and documenting changes.
