Responsibilities: Based on project requirements, communicates team member needs to site supervision to execute the project. Provides timing and direction to this team in order to achieve cost and timing of project. Leads decisions on contracting strategy and selection of contractor(s). Responsible for controlling costs, forecasting spending and reporting schedules to Site supervision. Provides detailed engineering design for plant additions and modifications via contract design group. Coordinates/manages contract in-house or off-site engineering and design efforts during engineering, design and drafting phases of project life.
