What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be at the center of bringing our next-generation fusion machine hardware to life. You'll own the integration of electrical subsystems into a cohesive, reliable system, ensuring that power, control, and communication networks work seamlessly together. You'll design and deliver the electrical harnesses that connect our machines, manage the interfaces between disciplines through clear requirements and ICDs, and work directly with suppliers to bring critical hardware into production. This role blends detailed hands-on engineering with system-level ownership, ideal for engineers who thrive at both detail and system scales. You will report to the Electrical Engineering Lead, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
* Own the integration of electrical components and subsystems into full systems
* Define, maintain, and enforce system-level requirements and interface control documents (ICDs) across electrical, mechanical, and/or software teams
* Lead the design, documentation, and validation of electrical harnesses, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with standards
* Collaborate with and manage harness suppliers-delivering build packages, reviewing prototypes, and qualifying production deliveries
* Work hands-on in the lab during system bring-up, debugging integration issues, and validating end-to-end functionality
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure subsystem designs align with top-level system goals and requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, test strategies, and documentation practices
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
* 8+ years of experience in electrical system integration, test, or design engineering
* Strong background in electrical schematics, harness design, and interconnect systems
* Experience writing, maintaining, and enforcing system-level requirements and ICDs
* Proficiency with CAD/eCAD tools for harness and schematic design (Altium, NX, etc ).
* Hands-on experience with system bring-up, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis using lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
* Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate clearly in technical and non-technical settings

Reliability Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineers troubleshoot Electrical & Instrumentation issues at the refinery. As a reliability intern, you will help analyze failures of equipment, develop solutions for recurring equipment difficulties, submit Project Request Forms (PRF's) to implement solutions, and understand equipment maintenance strategies. There will be opportunities to use electrical analysis software to solve coordination issues and run Arc Flash studies for the power system, as well as learning and understanding about how our critical Refinery Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) are applied.
Process Control / Technical Service Engineers can work on a wide array of projects in support of the process control systems installed throughout the refinery and products movements areas. The process control systems in the refinery provide real-time control and data acquisition functions in support of operating the refinery process and electrical equipment. Typical college co-op assignments include the following: troubleshooting system power supply problems, control system programming, hardware and software lifecycle replacement projects, installing and troubleshooting communication networks and monitoring control system performance metrics.

Description
The Avionics system is the backbone of highly reusable, operable, and reliable space systems. As an Electrical Development Test Engineer at an early-stage start-up you will be responsible for developing test solutions used to qualify our flight avionics hardware. You will work closely with the development and production team to design and implement the avionics test architecture, and continuously iterate and improve your designs. You will seek out state-of-the-art solutions to difficult problems and you will assist in the definition of company standards for avionics development. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom test solutions for flight avionics electronics, power distribution system, batteries, RF components, and electro-mechanical actuators
Develop and implement a modular, scalable test architecture through use of commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and custom PCBAs for measuring signals, applying flight-like loads, and powering units under test
Write test automation software to interact with flight hardware/software, test equipment, instrumentation, and production systems
Execute development and qualification test campaigns to exercise designs to their limits and ensure reliable flight hardware including thermal cycling, random vibration, shock, TVAC, EMI/EMC, etc
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and propose/implement necessary changes to resolve
Maintain configuration control of test hardware and software
Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase throughput and reduce cost to meet launch target
Qualifications
B.S. degree in electrical engineering or equivalent on the job experience

Position Overview:
The Electrical Supervisor works closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process from the raw material to the finished product and support daily productions activities. This is a supervisory position, which would include the daily supervision of plant electricians as well as the management of plant construction, modifications, appropriations and equipment installation.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Plant Engineer, the Electrical Supervisors responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment and circuitry in industrial plant setting
Oversees assembly and testing of experimental motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and other electrical equipment and components according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles
Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective action
Develops diagrams, drawings and specifications for modifications or expansions and directs personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties
Plans, directs and records periodic testing; recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment as needed
Directs, coordinates, develops, trains, coaches and assesses employees
Supports and encourages employees to work safely, efficiently and effectively
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's level new graduate in Engineering or equivalent discipline with two or more related co-op or internship work assignment in a manufacturing setting would be an alternate for the 5-7 years of work experience.
Three to five years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
At least two years of proven supervisory experience
Working knowledge of motor controls, VFD's, and DC drives.
Installation, set-up and programming of PLC's

Qualifications
Required:
BS degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, power electronics, or related discipline
3+ years of relevant experience.
Mobile motor controller/inverter product design (full lifecycle) experience, ideally in the 600kW+ power range AND/OR full lifecycle high voltage battery management system product design experience, preferably for traction applications.
Demonstrated knowledge and use of power semiconductor devices in high voltage (>400V) power electronics products (Si MOSFET, Si IGBT, and SiC).
Knowledge of EMI filter design and DC/DC converters.
In-depth understanding of voltage insulation testing and safety.
EMI/EMC compliance testing and power electronics or high voltage electronics certification.
Preferred:
Experience in product development for aerospace or high voltage electric vehicle batteries is an advantage.
Experience with airborne systems certification requirements, guidelines, and testing (FAR Part 23 & 33, ASTM F39 & F44, RTCA DO-160G, DO-178C, DO-254), is preferred. Alternatively, experience with ISO26262 is acceptable.
Demonstrated ability working in cross functional technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Technical writing skills to create engineering documentation within a certification and quality framework.

Position Description:
The Field Engineer (FE) works directly for the Superintendent and is expected to exercise judgment and discretion in making recommendations, implementing policies and procedures and handling a wide variety of matters in the field. The position is normally, but not necessarily preparatory to becoming an Office Engineer or Project Engineer. The primary purpose of the position is to proactively aid the Superintendent in front-line field management. In addition, the position requires a considerable amount of work, responsibility, persistence, problem solving ability and good attitude, because the FE is responsible for the majority of the layout on a project, supervision of trade workers and subcontractor employees, as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities. A 4 -year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
