The Swing Shift Field Engineer will assist the Superintendent, engineering staff, and Project Manager in managing all aspects of a construction project including the field operations and project administration. This position is predominately based in the field, and may require working the swing shift from 3pm-1am as needed. This position will consist of a variety of activities associated with the creation and implementation of engineering and documentation for OEM control panels. This may involve modeling parts and assemblies in 3D CAD systems; Creating and revising engineering drawings (purchased parts, fabricated parts, instructions, assembly drawings, etc); Implementation of ECRs/ECOs; Creation and modification of mechanical and electrical information in a database used for control panel documentation, including CNC drilling patterns.
