Design electrical raceway systems (duct banks, trays, conduit) and model 3D equipment for power plant systems. Perform quality checks in 3D models to identify interferences and improve constructability. Address and resolve review comments on drawings. Update as-built drawings using RFIs, ECNs, and construction markups to create final “Conformed to Construction” records. Must Haves: 8+ years of electrical design experience in a related field (Power Generation or Fossil Fuels) 5-6 years of industry-specific experience. Proficiency in both 2D and 3D design applications for preparing engineering drawings (3D proficiency required). Strong working knowledge of circuit routing and raceway design using 3D modeling tools. Plusses: SOFTWARES: AutoCAD, SCADA Systems PanelDES or ElecDES, E3D, Plant 3D, Smartplant 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Excel to develop the design deliverables.
