The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure alignment with current manufacturing processes, identify potential risks, and drive process improvements. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the team to implement corrective actions identified through Process FMEA, addressing potential failure modes and enhancing the overall robustness and reliability of the process. This role will be instrumental in proactively addressing operational challenges at the manufacturing site and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process reliability, quality, and performance. This position will sit at our **Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico** location. Typically, 4 days a week onsite, and 1 day remote pending business needs.
