The Engineering Internship Program at Eichleay is designed for emerging engineers. You are attending and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program. You have successfully completed at least 1 engineering specific course. You are available for a minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks for the internship. Dates may fall between May 2026 and September 2026. You are available to start the internship program either mid-May or mid-June 2026. You have a minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. You have previous internship, co-op or direct working experience that were in an engineering field. The Principal Power Electronics Engineer will manage and lead the collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams globally to design, build and qualify innovative power delivery solutions using novel techniques. You will have responsibility for topology selection, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, test plan development and execution of power electronics circuitry. You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Lead a small to medium size team of electrical engineers in the designing, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of power electronics for a variety of projects.
