Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install industrial production and facility equipment to support continuous operations.
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostics on manufacturing machinery.
Support both older legacy equipment and newer, highly automated production lines.
Complete preventive maintenance, parts tracking, basic data entry, and work order documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant work environment while adhering to GMP and safety standards.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
4 years of maintenance technician, millwright, or skilled trades experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and problem-solve independently.
Experience working with industrial equipment such as conveyors, mixers, motors, forklifts, engines, boilers, or HVAC systems.
Comfort working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts as required.

Position Overview
The Lead Low-Voltage Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of structured cabling, custom-integrated audio/video systems, lighting controls, motorized shading, security systems, and home automation technologies.

System Installation

Technical Leadership

Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
Connects power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads.

Requirements :
High school education or equivalent and at least 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Journeyman Electrician Washington State License A+ preferred.
Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment up to 480V.
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics (ladder logic), perform PLC troubleshooting, and PLC programming.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and to work extended schedule, weekends, and any shift assigned during the fresh pack season, typically July to early November.

This role is a critical part of the Facilities team and collaborates regularly with club General Managers, Facility Technicians (FTs), and the DRMM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
* Conducts walkthroughs and diagnostics of fitness equipment across assigned clubs
* Performs on-site corrective repairs on cardio, strength, and functional equipment
* Completes and documents all PM tasks per manufacturer and company schedules
* Maintains parts inventory and coordinates reorders with DRMM
* Ensures all repairs are logged in ServiceChannel (or other maintenance systems)
* Partners with OEMs and vendors when technical support or specialized parts are needed
* Attends area training and vendor workshops to stay current on equipment
* Provides repair status updates to the DRMM and GMs
* Trains club staff on basic care and early failure reporting
* Supports emergency repair needs outside regular hours if required ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The ET works closely with General Managers, Facility Technicians, and the DRMM. The role also interfaces with manufacturers, equipment vendors, and internal maintenance teams as needed. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all
applicable governmental regulations.

Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting.

Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Entry level sales, customer service background essential
One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
considered related experience and preferred.
Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to stretch, bend, stoop and crouch and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.
Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit.
Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
Connects power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads.
Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent and at least 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Journeyman Electrician Washington State License A+ preferred.

Ability to read and understand wiring schematics (ladder logic), perform PLC troubleshooting, and PLC programming.
