Duties Perform routine inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements on battery storage units in the field. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to low voltage communication and high voltage energy storage units using computer software, multimeters, etc. Install components such as batteries, inverters, and power regulation equipment according to project specifications and safety codes. Commission systems to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations. Document detailed records of system installation, operation, used parts, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to complete other related tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 0-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of low voltage communication systems and high voltage utility power systems. Valid driver's license. Proficient in using electrical tools such as multimeters. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and work outdoors. Responsible and willing to travel for at least 75% of work time. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Nice to have but not required Experience with BESS and inverters. Background in commercial and industrial utility systems.
