Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification

Maintain tools and test equipment in proper working order and calibration. Tools include minor power tools, hand tools, etc. Test equipment includes meters used for verification/qualification procedures.
Generate leads for new hardware, consumables, accessories, and service contracts via the current CRM tool.
Maintain timely, courteous, effective and professional communications between all customers, internal and external. Emergency responses could require a 2hr callback window requiring maximum of 24-hour on-site response time.

Submission of expense reports every two weeks.

Qualification
Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Technical degree, professional or military electronics / mechanical experience may substitute. Electronics background / experience desired.

Overnight travel as required. Amount of travel depends on territory (10-60%), training, team meetings and coverage/support for other territories. Must possess a current passport or be eligible to obtain one.

Work Environment
The facility is comprised of 35-40 people, including approximately 15 engineers and 20 technicians/manufacturing staff. It is a state-of-the-art facility located in Manassas, VA, with onsite testing and manufacturing labs. Employees will have the opportunity to follow designs through the life cycle and work directly with manufacturing engineers for development. Most work is individualized, requiring comfort with ownership of tasks and a quiet environment. The technology involves high-frequency operations. Work hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience working with security systems to include, service, and maintenance across a broad spectrum of PACS, IDS, and VSS.
Requires a Top-Secret clearance
Knowledge of compliance with industry standards, policies, and guidelines such as: physical and electronic security; access and key control; HSPD; NIST SP; FICAM; OMB; and ISC.
Knowledge of other security disciplines and their relationship to the electronic and physical security program to respond to and troubleshoot system problems.
Demonstrate the ability to comprehend technical language, read, and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrate the ability to exercise considerable judgement and initiative.
Working knowledge of low voltage systems.
Working knowledge of network principles.
Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
