Mill Production Operator
Shoals USG is a gypsum manufacturing facility where safety, reliability, and quality come first. Our team plays a key role in producing the materials that go into essential building products used across the country. As a Mill Production Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely. This is a highly active role involving frequent stair climbing and exposure to a dusty environment due to the nature of gypsum production. Full benefits are available starting day one.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient operation.
· Perform quality sampling and testing to verify material meet production specification.
· Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move raw materials as needed.
· Shovel rock and other materials to clear areas, support production flow, or assist with cleanup.
· Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments as needed to meet product specifications.
· Accurately record production data and related information in the required systems or logs.
· Assist with routine maintenance tasks using basic hand tools to support overall equipment reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Underground Gas Storage geologists and engineers in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of natural gas reservoirs used for seasonal storage. Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Manager Storage Operations, an intern will gain exposure to the following:
Compile and analyze well pressure, temperature, and production/injection data
Track reservoir performance over time using SCADA systems, spreadsheets, or database tools.
Help calculate gas volumes, deliverability, and storage inventory balance.
Prepare plots or dashboards showing trends (e.g., pressure vs. time, injection/withdrawal rates).
Assist in well testing and analysis.
Observe wireline, logging, or well service operations.
Participate in pipeline inspections, pigging, or valve maintenance.
Collect fluid samples for lab analysis
Review subsurface maps and cross-sections to understand reservoir structure.
Help update geologic models or interpret well logs.
Learn how porosity, permeability and structure affect storage behavior.
Contribute to GIS or mapping projects to visualize field data.
Assist in flow calculations, compressor performance checks, or pipeline hydraulics.
Observe maintenance or construction projects.
Qualifications
Active attendance at a college or university with emphasis in mechanical, chemical, or petroleum engineering or geologic science, or general engineering, science, environmental studies, or related field.

Overview

Responsibilities
* Audit, examine or analyze bank operations and information systems in the areas of information access and maintenance, data communications networking and operations, and end-user computing controls and management to determine risk and control weaknesses for these platforms. Prepare written comments and conclusions and provide appropriate documentation to support findings.
* Audit, examiner, or review IT activities as Examiner-in-Charge (EiC) of all financial institution data centers. Prepare written comments and conclusions of all component rating areas when acting as the EiC. Provide notification of pending examination to the bank division management, preplanning and scoping in preparation for the examinations, upload examination documentation to TDFI imaging, submit all documentation within the concurrent timeframes established by the safety and soundness EiC and submit all comments to the Fl IT Director of Examinations.

Develop strategies and plans to effect corrective actions, develop programs and processes to monitor progress in addressing detected risks or weaknesses.
