The Senior IAM Engineer will provide subject matter expertise and support the analysis, design, and implementation for hybrid on-prem and cloud Active Directory environments and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID tenants. This role includes engaging and collaborating with business and technical partners to integrate systems and applications with centralized authentication such as Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
Responsibilities:
Provide deep subject matter expertise and support the analysis, design, and implementation for hybrid on-prem and cloud Active Directory environments and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID tenants.
Engage and collaborate with business and technical partners to integrate systems and applications with centralized authentication such as Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.

Support new product comparison, vetting, and selection process to ensure technology is relevant and meets business requirements.
Drive Active Directory and Entra ID disaster recovery drills, process improvements, and documentation efforts.
Continually enhance authentication platforms, ensuring systems are protected from new and evolving Cyber threats and systems are operationally stable.
Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID environments and Okta. Participate in discussions on all aspects of identity and access management.
Respond to and resolve complex, high-severity incidents.
Lead regular reviews of deployed infrastructure, develop detailed architecture, and create and update new technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Analyze the current authentication services platforms to identify both technical and operational opportunities for enhancements and develop continuous improvement action plans.
Lead regular assessment of systems and process hygiene and identify and implement automation.
Actively research and implement new innovations in IT security as well as IAM technologies and services, striving to ensure McKesson continues to deliver best practices and standards.
Provide on-call support as needed for operational continuity of Identity platforms. (1 week rotation for ON-call)
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Experience/Skills:
Proven experience as an Active Directory/Entra ID Engineer or similar role with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities; strong influencing skills to work with various service owners.
Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing collaborative, service management solutions across disparate functional teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills:

Meeting Management: Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and internal team meetings.
Project Management Support
Procurement: Assist in the buyout process, scoping subcontractor bids, and tracking material lead times to ensure materials arrive on site when needed.
Financials: Assist the Project Manager with monthly pay applications, change order pricing, and invoice coding.
Closeout: Lead the closeout process by collecting warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings to deliver a complete turnover package to the client.
Field Support & Quality Control
Site Presence: Regularly walk the site with the Superintendent to track progress, document safety observations, and understand the sequence of work.
Punch List: Manage the punch list process towards the end of the project, coordinating subcontractors to complete outstanding items efficiently.

Summary: A Life Science Engineer - Level 1 performs and documents planned maintenance and repair of research and clinical laboratory equipment (centrifuges, incubators, freezers, chromatography instruments, etc.) and associated systems with minimal supervision from service management to perform the required duties. The Specialist must demonstrate a working knowledge of, and ability to use the required test equipment, and have the electronic and mechanical knowledge and skills, including the ability to interpret and effectively utilize service manuals, schematics and other applicable service information, required to perform and document planned maintenance and repair of the specialty equipment and systems, as assigned, in accordance with established company procedures. Independently performs general troubleshooting and repairs to the component level. Also, independently perform installations, calibrations, qualifications, and planned maintenance with minimal technical direction
ISO 17025 Experience and knowledge of accredited calibration certifications
Perform pipette calibrations and repairs
Proper use and maintenance of all standard test equipment
Be able to read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
Exercise good system troubleshooting skills
Maintain parts stock and on demand orders for PM / Repairs
Perform manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications and satisfactorily complete the required paperwork
Be able to perform all system service diagnostics on applicable products

Application Engineer - Mod Shop
Engineer job in Duluth, GA
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for an Application Engineer to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role acts as the primary technical resource for the field sales force, and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. You will provide technical & modification parts support to sales, PPC, shop, and NP teams to support order management and completion to achieve department goals. As well as performs research projects to support manager in growing department efficiencies and capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reviews requests from sales to provide quick information for processing of motor mod quotes/orders. (emails, phone calls, etc.)
Develop and improve shop procedures to document current practices and methods and allow for continuous improvement and uniform implementation. This will include time studies to ensure operation routings are accurate for capacity calculations.
Assist PPC, shop, and NP team technically as needed
Consistently mentors and trains sales on technical information for motor modifications.
Work with product engineers and QA personnel to evaluate possible factory issues
Become proficient with maintaining and updating all motor modification technical tools in order to ensure they are as accurate and reliable for those using those tools.
Conduct training sessions for sales group and field sales teams on motor modification processes and procedures.
Supporting stock inventory conversions via modifications process.
Sourcing and developing new parts for addition to inventory or special projects.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred.
Knowledge / training:
Understands electric motor mechanical assembly to the component level.
Understands basic to medium complex level specifications.
Understands basic industry standards such as NEMA, IEC, IEEE, UL. etc.
Technical writing skills.
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and nomenclature as required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, as well as Outlook.
Experience:
1+ years of related experience.
