Job Purpose
As a Battery Pack Test Engineer, you will be part of Canoo's Battery Pack Team within the Propulsion group and will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical testing of Battery Cells, Battery Modules, and Battery Pack and Energy Storage Systems. As the Battery Pack Test Engineer, you will be expected to communicate cross-functionally across all engineering disciplines to engineers and deliver high-quality Battery Pack and Energy Storage Solutions(s) for vehicle production.
Responsibilities (80s of the Position)
* Test battery cells Electrical and Mechanical (Including Thermal) performance
* Test battery Module and Battery Pack design and components including Battery Disconnect Units, DC/DC Converter Battery Modules and Mechanical and Thermal Battery Pack components.
* Support battery testing activities such as Performance, Reliability, Safety, and Regulatory Tests
* Develop detailed test plans for battery systems and components based on vehicle technical specifications, exploratory test requests and industry standards
* Perform developmental test cases to explore the boundary performance of battery systems
* Creation of automated test scripts to validate battery features and functions
* Record and analyze test data, document test findings, and support root cause analysis and issue resolution efforts
* Develop in-house software and hardware tools required to monitor battery systems safely and consistently during testing
* Design Tests Harnesses and test stand concepts, fabrication drawings, and instrumentation lists
* Select and create specifications for components, tools, and setups to conduct various battery tests
* Manage the vehicle validation process activities during the product design lifecycle from product concept to production launch
* Specify data collection requirements and ensure test setups and test equipment gather specified data. Correlate life testing to life predictions, refining analysis/models, and collaborating with CAE engineers.

Job Purpose
As a core member of the Systems Engineering team, the Lead Electrical Integration Engineer is responsible for architecting, integrating, and validating the low-voltage systems of Canoo's vehicles. This role is an enabler for the cross-functional development of the electrical system between the electrical component design responsible engineers, the system integration engineers, and the test/validation engineers. Define low voltage system logical and wiring architecture from definition to design to test.
Develop expertise with all Canoo vehicle electrical systems and provide analysis from simulation and real-life data gathered on prototype vehicles to optimize and meet or exceed vehicle targets.
Work diligently with cross functional in-house teams to ensure a successful electrical integration of all electrical components on the vehicle.
Perform vehicle troubleshooting, prototype vehicle bring-up, electrical modifications, and
general testing.
Develop documentation for automotive electrical systems
Assist with pre-production vehicle electrical issue management and diagnosis, ensuring that all issues are identified, tracked, root caused, and corrected during all phases of testing.
Communicate issues clearly and constructively to the rest of the organization and use your expertise to recommend corrective actions.

Job Description
The Systems Engineer is responsible for integrating web guiding industry leading company portfolio of products and brands into complete end-to-end electro-mechanical and pneumo-hydraulic machine control systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptual design (free body diagrams and CAD sketches) to final 2D/3D customer approval and shop drawings, bills of materials, technical bulletins, and manuals.
Computational calculations required for proper loading and natural frequency necessary to ensure machines and controls systems will operate optimally for several years with little to no maintenance.
Modification of existing system designs to meet current customer needs.
Provide support for sales, manufacturing, and Maxcess technical service teams.
Responsible for checking drawings and supporting documentation.
Support corporate process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science ME or MET from an accredited four-Year College or University.
Minimum of 3 years mechanical design experience preferred.
Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor is strongly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail is essential to be successful as a Systems Engineer. Must be able to creatively problem solve.
Experience working with customers is beneficial
Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to work on multiple projects and assignments is critical.
Experience in design of web guiding systems.

Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:
+ 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
+ 1 paid day off for employee's birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
+ Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
+ Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
+ 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
+ Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
+ Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$273,200.00 - $442,600.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$267,600.00 - $390,300.00

The IT Analytics Engineer develops data-driven solutions to unlock insights, automate processes, and ultimately improve business performance. This includes developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise datasets, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. The IT Analytics Engineer will also leverage various Data Platform and Artificial Intelligence technologies to develop, train, and deploy agents to enhance productivity and unlock new capabilities for business users.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Design, build, and support scalable data pipelines that combine data from multiple sources, transform it into usable formats, and deliver it to business users to consume within BI tools, industry software, or on an ad-hoc basis.
+ Rapid, hands-on development of new datasets & analytical solutions using SQL, Spotfire, and Power BI.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Minimum of five (5) years' experience within the Oil and Gas industry working as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, IT Analyst, or related role.
+ Ability to create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in Databricks.
+ Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python.
+ Familiarity with creating Databricks Genies.
+ Familiarity with creating Glean Agents.
