We are seeking a highly capable Field Engineer who thrives in client-facing environments and has a strong background in networking and end-user support. This role plays a critical part in the success of Cortavo's managed service delivery model handling everything from complex onsite issues and installations to remote troubleshooting and documentation. This position demands the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and respond positively to sudden changes in priorities. The Field Engineer represents Cortavo directly with clients and their end users, and is expected to demonstrate technical proficiency, clear communication, and an ability to adapt to evolving needs and schedules.
