Provide general engineering assistance including part number tracking, data entry, and CAD/inspection file organization as needed. Qualifications Required: Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field - or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general ERP or job-tracking systems. Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes (casting, machining, coating, inspection). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in aerospace or turbine component manufacturing.
