This client is looking to bring in support for the lead plant engineer helping with the day-to-day operations and improvements for production and planning. For this position the person will be required to learn about the equipment in the facility, get hands-on when required to help with problem solving and fixing processes. They will help design new processes, or additions to current equipment to improve a process or fix an issue. This can include getting involved with mechanical and electrical drawings. There will be a learning curve to all of this since their production processes are unique to their product. This person will eventually get involved in communication to state safety reps, when updating certifications or permits, and following regulations.
