Your Role
As a Construction Field Engineer at LightYX, you will play a critical and versatile role across field operations and internal operations. Key Responsibilities
Field Layout & Demos: Operate the LightYX BeamerOne™ on active construction sites, ensuring high precision and efficiency in collaboration with clients.
Customer Relations: Serve as a LightYX ambassador, building strong relationships through professional, proactive, and supportive client interactions.
Customer Training: Train users on system operation and best practices, leveraging your construction or surveying expertise.
CAD & Pre-Construction Coordination: Support and optimize CAD files for layout projection during client coordination and pre-construction meetings.
Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory organization, device preparation, packing, and logistics coordination.
Technical Inspections & QA: Perform technical checks, calibration, and basic troubleshooting on devices to ensure they are fully operational before and after field use.
Equipment Readiness: Assist with maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of equipment handling and testing procedures.
Requirements
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Prior experience in construction or land surveying in the U.S. (preferred)
Proficiency with computer applications, primarily AutoCAD
Personal vehicle with sufficient space to transport equipment
Willingness to travel across the U.S. (approximately 50%-70%)
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs over uneven terrain and stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs to a height of 7.5-9 feet
Comfortable working on active construction sites and in warehouse environments
Ability to perform fine mechanical work involving electro-mechanical and optical components (down to ~1/16 inch)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) Technician will be responsible for office and field support of LDAR projects including Method 21 and Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) surveys.
The technician inspects the facility for any gas leaks and finds any suspicious areas. The technician uses special gas analyzers or optical gas imaging cameras to identify where gas may be leaking into the atmosphere.
The LDAR Monitoring Technician is responsible for monitoring components on an assigned route within an industrial facility. By doing so, they can ensure that the equipment and systems are working properly, and that safety is maintained. This individual is also responsible for maintaining records of all events that occur within the industrial facility.
The LDAR Technician is responsible for conducting air monitoring and emissions measurement activities, performing equipment calibrations and maintenance, and collecting and organizing field data for air quality compliance and emissions assessment program. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that assessments are conducted in a timely manner to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Minimum requirements:

Job DescriptionCoordinating Wildlife Biologist I, II, or III Application Deadline: Open until filled Overview: The Coordinating Wildlife Biologist positions are primarily field-level positions and a member of the Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever (PF & QF) Conservation Delivery team, also having the opportunity to be involved in PF & QF development and chapter roles in some circumstances. As a Coordinating Wildlife Biologist, the selected applicant will provide biological/wildlife technical assistance for USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), PF & QF, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), and/or other local partners to ultimately benefit wildlife conservation and agriculture operations in the area. The selected applicant will have the opportunity to provide technical guidance and learn about a wide variety of topics in this role including soils, range plants, row-crop agriculture, livestock, and wildlife - with a focus on benefitting grassland/upland wildlife and their habitats. This position will be focused on grassland conservation in the Southern Rolling Plains of the Texas Panhandle - helping provide cooperators (farmers, ranchers, hunters, lease holders, etc.…) with technical guidance for their grassland and wildlife conservation goals (esp. as they pertain to upland birds) and technical assistance on applying for programmatic funding opportunities such as Farm Bill programs, Grassland Restoration Incentive Programs and other state and local initiatives. Conduct natural resource surveys.
Provide technical assistance and guidance (wildlife habitat focus) to landowners, government agencies, non-government organizations and others - training opportunities will be available through the NRCS, PF & QF, and other organizations.

Qualifications:

The employee will report to the local Environmental Supervisor and will collaborate with the local ES&H and Operations staff to achieve regulatory compliance and operational goals. All the ES&H field positions in Targa receive support and guidance from the Corporate ES&H staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist management, operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to assure compliance with federal, state, local rules and regulations and corporate policies pertaining to environmental compliance and impacts.
* Manage air compliance related to Title V, New Source Review (NSR), and Permit by Rule (PBR) air permits, including routine compliance tracking and the preparation of semi-annual deviation reports and annual compliance certifications.
* Support compliance with site stormwater and industrial wastewater permits, including the support and oversight of sample collection, third party labs used for analysis, the preparation and submission of DMR data, and management of required written plans.
* Ensure compliance in waste management practices on site, including the proper storage of waste, profiling and disposal of waste, maintaining a waste management plan, and required recordkeeping and reporting.
* Manage spill response and remediation activities including oversight of response contractors, sampling activities, proper waste management, and associated reporting to applicable parties, including the NRC, TCEQ, and/or RRC.
* Lead investigations for environmental incidents to evaluate contributing factors and identify corrective actions to prevent similar occurrences. Assist in facilitating resolution of action items from findings of incident investigations, regulatory reviews, and agency inspections.
* Communicate regular updates on ES&H projects and priorities, environmental releases, permit deviations, and enforcement actions to Environmental and Operations management.
* Active participation in the Management of Change (MOC) process and assist with the review of engineering projects and operational changes to the facility for environmental impacts and permit compliance. Facilitate information gathering and communications to initiate permitting and compliance plan changes when required.
* Act as the point of contact for both regulatory agencies and operations on required reports, payments, inspections, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Maintain a working knowledge of existing and proposed regulations that affect the facility.

Implement Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI ) objectives and standards.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to help resolve prices with area mills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with silvicultural contractors, logging contractors, and MFM personnel in other areas.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Forestry or related field.
Minimum of 2 years forest management experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and be insurable with company's commercial carrier.
Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ArcGIS.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn and apply key financial concepts to business decisions.
Must be a great teammate and have strong communication

Salary range is expected to be between
$48,975.00 USD - $81,625.00 USD
