What You'll Be Doing
Prepare detailed drywall framing estimates for commercial projects
Complete wallboard and plasterboard takeoffs
Estimate drywall equipment, materials, and supplies

Use PlanSwift and OnScreen Takeoff for quantity takeoffs
Write and assemble clear, accurate bid proposals
Review bids daily with operations and leadership prior to submission
Participate in client scope review meetings via Zoom
Support occasional bid follow-ups (majority handled by leadership)
Bid volume varies, some weeks may involve quick-turn bids within hours, while others allow multiple days for completion. When timelines are tight, the team collaborates closely to ensure success.
