Instructor Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Must be available to travel to different office locations as needed. Schedule: This position will work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Candidate should have availability from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Additional hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required based on operational needs. The Instructor is responsible for facilitating performance-based learning events focused primarily on concrete skills related to operations processes. How You Will Make an Impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms. * Assists in rapid course development methodologies. * Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary. * Assists in completion of service level agreements, participates and assists in identifying training needs to determine appropriate learning solutions. * Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction. * Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness. * Keeps technical skills updated. * Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Minimum Requirements: * Requires a BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 1 year experience in a front line operations position preferred. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: * Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Must be able to write, read and speak both languages in a proficiency level. * 2 year experience in a front line operations position preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
