Minimum Requirements:
* Requires a BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 1 year experience in a front line operations position preferred.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
* Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Must be able to write, read and speak both languages in a proficiency level.
* 2 year experience in a front line operations position preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
