Job Summary: The Front Desk Manager at Fairfield Inn by Marriott Columbus/New Albany, OH is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and overseeing the performance of front desk staff. This is a full-time, hourly position within the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in Columbus, Ohio. The position is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the General Manager.
