Provide assistance in the correct installation, maintenance and operation of all technological resources, and ensure the effective, timely and continuous delivery of technical and user support services to the different areas of the company, maintaining a focus on quality, work in team and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCES
- Respond to queries that are generated by clients or employees of our institution.
- Manage the networks and the technological equipment that is owned within the institution, with the aim of providing a quality service and optimizing the tasks that are developed.
- Create or manage the virtual platforms that exist in the company and the users or emails that are used for work.
- Provide preventive maintenance to the equipment that is used for the institution's work and reduce risks in them.
- Manage the network of internal servers that are owned.
- Create manuals that determine the performance of the devices that are available in the company.
- Create an inventory of the products that are served by the technical support area.
- Create backup copies in the areas that need it and keep the computer virus-free and out of danger.
- Manage the internet connectivity and telephone services of the company.
- Develop training with basic aspects for the institution's staff.
- Any other task designated by your supervisor or immediate manager, not limited to the aforementioned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in support work (HelpDesk)
- Experience with computer hardware work.
- Basic knowledge of networks (Troubleshooting (Ping, trace) to be able to identify connectivity problems)
- Trained to work under pressure and able to respond to high volume of work.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving.
Academic requirements
- University or technical studies in the computer science area.

Primary job functions include working under a FieldService Superintendent on projects sites and leading a crew onsite with executing tasks assigned by site superintendent. This includes demolition, installation, operating machinery, such as telehandlers and skid steers, and receiving material at job sites. Lead a crew on a project site without the full-time presence of the site superintendent.

PdMA testing experience preferred
Level I Vibration Analysis preferred
2+ years of AC/DC motor experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work procedures, and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics in a continuous improvement environment
Ability to collaborate with team members
Strong customer focus with professional communication
Available and willing to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as required, willing to be on-call
Ability to perform math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division including understanding fractions and percentages
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
Responsible for executing a diverse tasks related to the incoming raw materials sampling and packaging components inspections and approvals, while complying with applicable procedures, systems/programs (i.e. Darwin System, SmartLab, SAP, Waste Management, etc.), regulations and following good manufacturing practices.
Basic Qualifications
Associate Degree or higher in Science or Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related technical field
At least six months of experience in one or more dry product manufacturing processes: Incoming, Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Printing, Continuous Manufacturing, Pellet Coating and Capsule Filling.
