Key Responsibilities: Inspect and Diagnose Roof Issues: Perform thorough inspections to identify leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, and other roofing problems. Execute Repairs: Repair a variety of roofing systems, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs. This includes replacing shingles, repairing leaks, and addressing any structural issues. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the scope of repairs needed and answering any questions they may have. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used, time spent on repairs, and any additional observations. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and walk a sloped roof unassisted without any issues, lift 50lbs overhead unassisted, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
