Role Summary

Over the past several years, the Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory team has raised capital and acted as sole or lead-left arranger / bookrunner on numerous financing transactions for our public, private, and sponsor-backed clients. Essential Job Functions
Work hand-in-hand with senior Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory bankers to evaluate, pitch, and execute financing transactions across the firm's industry and other product verticals
Run day-to-day deal execution and project management on a range of financing transactions including credit due diligence, LBO / cash flow modeling, lender presentation creation, lender outreach and due diligence facilitation
Develop and maintain complex financial models and research / prepare comparable financing analyses
