Proactively helps to resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues to the next level of authority as needed. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree in a financial related discipline preferred. 5+ years of directly related SBA experience preferred. 10+ years in business development and/or financial services experience required.
