Accountable for Revenue to Operating Profit (OP) - Ensure accurate tracking and achievement of revenue targets aligned with operating profit goals. - Monitor financial performance from revenue generation through to operating profit realization. - Conduct Orders, Revenue & Margin Reporting to understand and drive elements such as backlog, price, customer and product mix. - Conduct detailed analysis of revenue streams and their impact on operating profit. - Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely revenue and margin reports. - Provide variance analysis for performance versus history and versus targets. Strategic Plan Formulation - Support the development of comprehensive financial strategies that support overall business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into the strategic planning process. - Deployment of Strategic Targets (Full P&L) - Translate strategic plans into actionable financial targets across the full Profit & Loss statement. - Communicate and align these targets with relevant departments to ensure cohesive execution.
