Pat Hofford is a Principal at Old Oak Partners and Chief Financial Officer at Findaway and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. He has worked as CFO at Search Discovery; Chief Financial Officer at Rosetta; and Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at SCHOOL SPECIALTY INC. Pat attended California State University-Sacramento between 1989 and 1997 and John Carroll University between 1977 and 1981.

Ralph Lazaro is a digital media executive with 15+ years of experience developing, launching, and scaling industry-leading technology products. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, Ralph has successfully led teams across product, marketing, and operations through rapid growth and innovation.



Ralph is a high energy and fast-paced creative thinker who leads with passion and thrives by incorporating an entrepreneurial spirit to everything he does. He is always seeking to \'see the world differently\' and bring ideas to life that challenge the marketplace and open new revenue opportunities.

Ralph is currently the Chief Digital officer for Findaway, driving the creation and execution of a global digital business strategy that is experiencing record revenue growth. Prior to joining Findaway, he led the launch of Baker & Taylor's digital business by developing an industry-leading eBook platform.



In his free time, Ralph is a fitness enthusiast and adventure-seeker. He is on a constant pursuit to live life to the fullest alongside his equally high-energy wife, three kids and two dogs.
