Job Description The Banquet Captain plays a supervisory role by directing Banquet Servers in ensuring a pleasant experience for Sodexo Live! guests who attend catered breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions and other organized group affairs involving food and beverage service.
