You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

• Update, review, and manage resident records that are electronic or on-site at the property weekly.
• Follow the agency's Individual Accident/Incident Reporting policy and complete documentation as needed. For reports entered by other staff, insure that you have reviewed the report and provided appropriate follow up comment and/or notifications outside the agency (i.e. family, support coordinator, etc.)
• Coordinate with Residential Manager for medical appointments and attend as needed.
• Insure all medical appointments are entered in Therap under health tracking. Once appointments occur, enter or review staff follow up comments on each appointment.

• Assign DSP/LPN staff to complete and track resident goals in Therap, then review documentation weekly to insure that goals are tracked in accordance with resident's ISP. Site leader may also be responsible for goal documentation.
• Manage resident spending money, document weekly bag checks to insure the on-sight balance matches the electronic system, then review and submit monthly spending logs and purchase receipts to the Residential Manager by the 5th of each month.

• Insure vehicle maintenance occurs as required.

• Check fire extinguishers (including vans) once a month to insure equipment is up-to- date and securely in place. Sign the attached tag to document this.
• Conduct and document water temperature checks at least once per week.
• Plan and post a menu for meals and snacks in the home each week. Assist residents to prepare these items as needed.
• Insure adequate groceries and household supplies are on-site at all times.
• Insure resident medication is available on-site as prescribed; this includes new orders as well as refills. The Site Leader is responsible for checking the monthly shipments received from Pharmacy Alternatives on or before the 25th of each month to insure all medication is available for the new month.
• Insure that residents have an adequate supply of required SMS. When supplies run low or there is an abundance, contact the Residential Manager so that adjustments can be made.
• Submit receipts for facility purchases (Walmart, etc.) to the Residential Manager weekly.
• Insure emergency food supply is appropriate and available at all times.
• Monitor central heat and air unit air filters and change monthly.
• Insure that all required certifications remain current including CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, Professional Certification, Licensing, and remind staff assigned to this property of upcoming deadlines to help insure overall compliance.
• Follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy rule to insure individuals protected health information is secure.

3. Facilities/Asset Management Support: Ensures repairs are completed within budget and appropriate system is used to pay vendors. Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Business or Public Administration required. Applicable experience may be applied towards education requirement but must be in addition to years experience required below.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' financial or facilities administrative support experience in community organizations, government agencies, non-profit organizations or business. Experience working effectively with volunteers and board members. Experience in coordinating finance and administrative functions including information systems and facilities.

Director of Music

This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Worship. The Director of Music is responsible for assisting with musical direction and preparation for the main Worship Experience set forth by the Executive Director of Worship. The Director of Music will assist with equipping and discipling worship volunteers in their musicianship, musical training and spiritual development; focuses on assisting with raising the bar musically for the overall sound/execution of Hope Worship; is responsible for track building in Abelton, Playback and set preparation in Planning Center Online each week for all worship services; responsible to raise up and disciple other Music Directors for future growth and band development; assists in onboarding of new worship members from worship auditions; assists in the Apprenticeship Program with worship apprentice's musical and spiritual development; and leads worship as needed.
Training and Equipping - Assist with the operation of musicians spiritual development. This role will partner with the Executive Worship Pastor and help with musicianship and spiritual development for current worship team members and new worship volunteers. This role will lead and manage quarterly musician training workshops and clinics. This role will also take on students to teach them piano and/or music directing initiatives. This role will assist with onboarding new worship volunteers, run musical rehearsals, and will have an active role in training students in the Apprenticeship Program.
Operations - Oversee and operate worship venues with musicians scheduling, declines and song maintenance set forth by Executive Director of Worship. This role is responsible for musician scheduling and managing song selection and PCO inputting. This role will manage Planning Center Online and will oversee consistency and quality within the program for all worship services.
Musical Direction and Oversight - Oversee worship volunteer growth regarding musicianship. This role will be active in assessing worship volunteers in their musical growth and will assess when workshops, clinics, or lessons are needed. This role will also run worship rehearsals when scheduled. This role will partner with worship leaders and execute the vision and direction of the worship leader to the band musicians for each experience assigned. Works directly with the FOH Engineer to create a cohesive & consistent sound for the overall worship experience.
Administrative Duties - Collaborates with the Executive Director of Worship & the Worship Administrator, this role manages Planning Center Online, Dropbox, and Abelton/Playback for worship department administrative needs and worship tracks. This role is also responsible for musical equipment, inventory, and repairs as needed.
Worship Leading - This role will lead worship as needed/limited to campuses, student ministries, and special events.

General Summary: Responsible for instructing students in Biology of Horticulture courses by means of group lectures / discussions either in classroom setting in accordance with established course outcomes and curriculum.
This course provides an introduction to the Biology of Horticulture through lectures, class discussions and learning activities maintaining gardens.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that the students understand and learn the defined curriculum for the course subject matter.
Directs the students in all learning activities either by demonstration or one on one instruction as set by the course syllabus and course outcomes.
Takes daily attendance and keeps accurate attendance records.
Maintains a safe classroom at all times.
Prepares the students evaluation forms and discusses with each student his / her progress in the classroom. Returns student evaluation sheets to students for their portfolio.
Makes recommendations to the Director of Culinary Arts Education for, improving course curriculum and adding additional support materials.
Assists in the academic advising of students in their chosen program.
Maintains professional and certifications required for accrediting bodies.
Complete industry continuing education in accordance with requirements of field of instruction.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Qualifications
