This includes the alignment of dual credit offerings and promotion of academic pathways. • Track credential attainment for High School faculty and University and City College faculty as appropriate for High School connections and University connections course delivery for all MSUB courses. • Collaborate with the Director of Dual enrollment to ensure students in secondary schools are provided with and supported in their desire to attain college level academic credentials. • Collaborate with Admissions office to provide pathways for high school students to enter City College and MSU Billings academic programs. • Collaborate with Student Access and Success staff and Jacket Student Central staff to support high school student enrollment and advisement. 4. Curriculum Development and Assessment Initiatives • Ensure timely and complete curricular review and program/student assessment to inform the strategic planning and decision-making process Coordinate revisions of the City College catalog in partnership with Student Access and Success staff, Jacket Student Central staff, and department chairs. • In collaboration with Jacket Student Central and program directors, ensure equitable and consistent program admissions process for student entrance to competitive programs • Ensure identification and assessment of program outcomes for continuous quality improvement • Support planning efforts regarding recommending new curriculum development and assessing curriculum and program offerings in collaboration with faculty and program advisory committees. • Work closely with City College Budget Manager and department chairs to support planning, tracking, and assessment of budgets to support the College's academic programs and services. • Participating in the City College Curriculum Committee meetings in support of City College curriculum changes and program development • Partner with faculty and program advisory committees to evaluate and develop new program offerings. • In the Dean's absence, represent City College on the MUS Two Year Council to address dual credit, common course numbering, and other issues as they arise. 5. Accreditation Compliance und Reporting • Work with department chairs, program directors, and faculty to ensure NWCCU and individual program accreditations are maintained. • Support and administer the policies of MSU Billings, Board of Regents, Montana. University System, and compliance with MTYCFA policies and procedures. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting for Strategic Decision Making • Assist the Dean with analysis of data involving enrollment, retention, Completion, Perkins effectiveness, CCSSE results and data generated from advisory committees and annual program reports to inform the College's strategic planning process. 7. Student Recruitment and Retention • Work with Student Access and Success to use data from CCSSE reports, annual reports, advisory boards, Perkins data and other data sources to develop and support retention goals and action plans, • Create new opportunities for the College to improve its access to adult and nontraditional markets through course scheduling delivery opportunities in conjunction with department chairs. and faculty. • Collaborate with University Communications and the Office of Admissions to plan, develop, implement and evaluate strategic enrollment marketing campaigns and enrollment development partnerships. • Ensure new and existing faculty get training on academic advising processes, policies, and programs to assist City College students through graduation and to guide those students who want to transition to the University to pursue a four-year degree. 8. Strategic Partnership and Grant Development • Support the Dean in providing leadership to represent the College in partnerships and collaboration with Billings School District 2, Career Center, and Adult Ed and area secondary schools. • Foster academic support of new workforce development and industry collaboration opportunities with the College's workforce training initiatives and grants. • Grow University transition opportunities through working with faculty and department chairs to develop new programs, program articulations, and by increasing program alignment with university bachelor programs. • Participate in MUS level initiatives and strategic planning where appropriate. 9. Job Summary

As a relief staff, you will gain valuable experience and training in a variety of positions and be exposed to working with a diverse population of individuals in different settings.
988 Suicide & Lifeline Program Overview
988 Crisis Call Specialist's receive calls from individuals experiencing emotional distress, suicidal/homicidal ideation, substance use/mental health crisis's 24/7. Upon completion of training, call specialists engage with callers, provide emotional support empowering them to use their own strengths and coping mechanisms. Call specialists complete risk assessments, safety plans, dispatch interventions as needed, conduct follow-ups and offer resources.

Starting Wage DOE: $40.91 - 51.14
The Clinical Coordinator Hospital assists the Manager and/or Director in providing leadership and management within the assigned department(s). The Clinical Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the coordination of the 24 hour/7 day a week hospital operational activity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel management to include selection/hiring, orientation/training, scheduling, development/mentoring, performance appraisals, coaching and counseling, disciplinary actions, patient/resident care delivery, physician relationships, intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities, quality control and process improvement activities, regulatory compliance and fiscal control. Assists in the development of policies and procedures. Utilizes current evidence-based practice to promote timely standard advancement. In the absence of the Manager/Director, may assume responsibility and accountability for 24-hour management of the assigned department(s).
Essential Job Functions
* Assists Manager/Director with the development, implementation and maintenance of organizational/departmental policies, procedures, goals and objectives to ensure safe, high quality patient/resident care.
* Responsible to practice, and provide patient care, within scope of licensure as a Registered Nurse.
* Optimize the flow and efficiency for patient throughput, ensuring optimal movement of patients through the hospital to monitor performance metrics, identify and resolve delays and collaborate with the inter-professional team to streamline operations and improve overall patient flow.
* Responsible for the supervision and coordination of a patient care area with operations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Develops and maintains sound, collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary team.
* Participates in the development of and assists with implementation of an education plan that addresses individual and departmental needs. Directs the orientation and training of new staff and ensures ongoing education Utilizes evidence based practice supported by nursing research.
* Assesses and makes recommendations/decisions regarding the quality and safety of patient/resident care. Acts as a resource to staff, other health care providers, patients/residents and family members.
* Fosters an environment in which staff can realize personal growth and development through active participation in departmental decisions, Shared Governance and opportunities for professional growth.
* Participates in both short- and long-term planning for departmental functions, budgetary processes and fiscal control. Maximizes resources; anticipates and responds to the needs of the department.
* Organizes ongoing communication with the interdisciplinary team, regarding aspects of patient/resident care and department(s) functions. Maintains and displays an appropriate degree of clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse.
* Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve the quality of patient/resident care. Incorporates the Magnet Model in transforming the work environment and quality of nursing care.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse
* 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience
* Clinical Nursing experience relevant to area of service.
* Demonstration of progressively more responsible duties and/or previous supervisory experience, preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
* Healthcare Provider CPR certification required; ACLS may be required in some units At hire
* Current State of Montana license as Registered Nurse At hire
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered. Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and the licensure/certification must be in good standing.

Assistant Speech and Debate Coach will assist head coach in all facets of program, but primary focus for this position are Short-Preparation events, including Extemporaneous Speaking, Legislative Debate/Congressional Debate, and Impromptu Speaking. Season runs October 1-February 14th (or as determined by head coach), with additional time expected in late spring/early summer in the event of competitors qualifying for Nationals. Potential for splitting the position is an option if there are strong candidates who would want to specialize in a specific event or want to coach part-time.
Qualifications:
Prior competitive, coaching, teaching and/or civics experience preferred. Experience coaching Short-Preparation (Congress,Extemp, Impromptu) according to National Speech and Debate Association rules preferred. Must have, or be willing to obtain by start of season, valid first aid/CPR card.
Our Season runs from Oct 1st- February 16th (or as designated by the head coach), with the potential of going to the National Tournament Iowa, in June 2025. Practices run Monday-Thursday from 3:45-6:00 pm.
Qualifications: Preferred Candidates will have experience in coaching and/or competing in Speech events. Must hold current First Aid/CPR card and must provide a course completion certificate for each of the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course.
