DUTIES Job Overview: This position resides in the Technology Services Division of Department of Revenue. The incumbent performs a variety of duties assigned by management. Duties include programming, troubleshooting, and end user support. The incumbent will work with a team of developers that support GenTax, the Department's tax system. All coding will be performed in C#. The position does not supervise other staff. An average day in this position starts with a review of assigned tasks. Tasks come in the form of a Service Request (SR). SRs are user submitted requests for enhancements/fixes to the software.
