This Outpatient Physical Therapy Supervisor @ our South Reno location is full time @ 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. In conjunction with the director, is responsible for directing the staff for the hospital's outpatient therapy department. Oversees a wide variety of administrative, personnel, fiscal, and technical activities. Assures that the department will meet or exceed the TJC requirements and be maintained in a cost effective manner.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides a comprehensive department orientation to all new P.T. staff and manages required training to all staff on an ongoing basis. Maintains documentation of staff competence levels.
Demonstrates role model attributes and ability to develop the skills and knowledge of others. Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments in the hospital.
Works with the director to develop and implement departmental performance improvement activities and assures ongoing staff participation.
Maintains continued education in the field of Physical Therapy and equipment through education, literature and seminars. Provides instructions and in-service in new products, procedures and equipment in a manner that will identify and prevent resource loss and maintain safety

Here's what you'd do: You'd be the secret sauce for client satisfaction, providing quality, cost-effective services by scheduling and directing personnel and resources efficiently. You'd be responsible for:
Performance & Quality:
Coordinating materials, people, equipment and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets The Grounds Guys of Sparks, NV standards
Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service to develop an appropriate action plan, and performing hands-on work as needed
Addressing issues before they arise by proactively monitoring irrigation systems and areas with the potential for disease or insect problems
Operations:
Ensuring the proper maintenance, storage, and use of branch equipment
Coordinating with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases contain current client information
Ordering materials as needed, and monitoring costs and deliveries
Personnel:
Working with the Account Manager to identify staffing needs, perform hiring duties, and prepare daily crew schedules
Developing and reviewing growth plans for employees, and providing counsel and discipline
Providing crew member training, including proper equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards
Safety:
Implement safety best practices and monitor branch safety record
You might be a good fit if you have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a supervisory role
A 2 year degree or more in a landscape-related field or certification by a landscape association
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

Your role at Clorox:
Pay Range: $23.04 + Swing Shift Differential
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
The Operator role is responsible for the production of ranch dressing. This requires an understanding of all equipment, its proper mode of safe operation, and the criticality of its role in production. The Operator may work in the Blending, Process, Bottling, Dry, or Warehouse departments. They will work with heavy stationary and/or moving equipment and conveyors. Concentration on the tasks at hand as well as an awareness of the overall operation is essential.
This position is considered a safety-sensitive position, meaning, a lapse of attention could adversely affect the safety of others by resulting in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or operation motorized vehicle.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure Safe behavior is conducted by yourself and those around you.
* Complete accurate Quality Assurance checks.
* Maintain standard work for your process/machine as an owner
* Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards.
* Enter production information and notes into SAP and LEDs.
* Completing CIL/PM and ensuring proper WPO in the work area.
* Safely and efficiently participate in troubleshooting equipment, process failures, changeovers, and the effective operations of various products assigned to the line.
* Remove or replace parts and components with hand tools
* Complete require paperwork accurately
Some tasks are dependent upon the department. These duties may include:
* Making blends, accurately adding raw materials to batches (repetitive heavy lifting required)
* Pulling raw materials
* Cycle counting, issuing materials, and/or maintaining FIFO
* Forklift and Warehouse operations.
* Machinery support on Atlas, Zeus, Pluto, Ceres, or Hade's packaging lines.
* Machinery support on both P1 and P2
What we look for:
* 1+ years of machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated work behavior requiring limited to no supervision.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
* Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
