**Role Synopsis** The Optimization Team Lead is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of field-based Optimizers focused on maximizing production efficiency and system health across Production and Artificial Lift systems. The primary roles of the position are to originate, process and book consumer loan applications via phone or online channels from ECU members and non-members.
