The ideal Intern will work closely with the Commercial Lending team and perform the following duties: • Assist with screening loan prospects by modeling company financials, creating pricing models, and performing company due diligence. • Assist Commercial team with assimilating, filing, and distributing financial and collateral documentation to appropriate internal departments as needed once loans are closed. • Organize and maintain customer files to assist Relationship Banker/Manager's ability to manage portfolios. • Maintain current and ongoing knowledge of bank products and services; assist Relationship Banker/Manager with daily customer servicing. • Provide ongoing support to commercial/business relationship managers for collateral and financial statement tracking and exception management. • Prepare a mock loan presentation to demonstrate understanding of bank lending processes by incorporating financial data and risk assessments based on commercial lending guidelines.
