Qualifications and Skills for GraphicDesigner
Alignment with our company values
A bachelor's degree ingraphicdesign, and 3+ years on the job graphicdesign experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on PC platform (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Able to create / edit database heavy catalogs in Adobe Indesign.
Competent in MS Office, especially in Excel for creating databases.
Competent in creating engaging visual content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to follow trends and track performance metrics on each platform.
Experience creating a variety of marketing materials such as catalogs, packages, promotions, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of off-setting printing process in packaging and catalogue layout design/production.
Experience in photography a plus (able to take photos of our products in-house and export as files for appropriate usage).
Familiarity with java script or willingness to learn the basic knowledge would be preferable for making minor edits on our website back-end.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
