Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. As education corrections professionals, it is our job to assist in the rehabilitation and reentry of offenders by working within the Department, with community partners, and state agencies to increase community safety and reduce recidivism rates. The corrections vocational instructor will provide direct instruction in plumbing, and support in planning, facilitating, and coordinating educational opportunities to offenders within the correctional environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Provides targeted instruction (classroom and performance based) in plumbing to students and/or adult inmates in a Correctional Setting, which includes promoting education during inmate orientation and to the general population.
