Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating and performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease.
Provide clinical directions to the Hospice Aide and LPN/LVN to ensure quality and continuity of service provided.
Prepare clinical and progress notes that demonstrates progress towards established goals. Ensure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation.
Inform physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's needs and outcomes of interventions, while evaluating patient and family response to care.
Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payor.

Promote Agency philosophy and administrative policies.
Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call service to patients and families as assigned.

Our Field Engineer interns will work on a solar construction project site, gaining exposure to the Field Engineer (FE) role. The Field Engineer (FE) is an entry-level, field-based position responsible for the support and execution of an assigned scope for project construction, from early phases of preconstruction through final acceptance of the project by the client. The position works closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and supports Superintendents.
Candidates selected for this internship will be expected to relocate for the project site for the duration of the internship (per diem/housing allowance included). This position will be an hourly position and will be eligible for overtime. This project is seeking interns for the Spring 2026 or Summer 2026 semester (approximately 12 weeks in duration) at our Piedra Solar project in Mexia, TX.
Preferred Degree Programs & Skills
This position is ideally suited for students pursuing an engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical engineering) or construction management degree, with an interest in pursuing a construction or project management career.
Basic exposure to technical and administrative phases of project management.
Basic exposure/ability to read & understand IFC drawings and job specifications for civil and electrical work.
Excellent mathematical skills, including application and use in problem solving.
Strong coordination, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
Computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
