Purpose:
The Antifreeze Sales and Service Rep (AFSR) will be responsible for applying sales strategies in an effort to grow CC's antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites. The AFSR will also be responsible for performing HCC services at customer facilities. Service responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: handling of pump hoses, pumping of antifreeze containers, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle on a daily basis. This position may also require the picking up of waste drums of varying sizes and weights using CC-approved material handling equipment.
Specific Duties:
Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all CC safety guidelines
Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation
Services existing customers by delivering varying types of new antifreeze, recycled, collecting used antifreeze, and related tasks
Pursues additional services with existing accounts
Assesses potential customer needs, presents CC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing
Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance
Performs other related duties as assigned

Frequent lifting of standard hose from the ground to the tank weighing up to 40lbs.
Occasionally climbing company approved step stool to access Anti-Freeze containers
Occasionally pulling/dragging hoses out of truck up to 100ft at a time (10-40lbs)
Pushing/pulling hand trucks or jacks to move product in and out of trucks
Administrative duties as assigned

Job Description
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest's stay. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing each guests exceptional customer service and creating an excellent first impression and a lasting and memorable experience for each guest of the Oxford Collection of hotels. Focusing on sharing the Oxford Hospitality Fundamentals at every encounter.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner while upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
• Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
• Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
• Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy
• Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift
• Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration card, reservation cards, and property walks
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager
• Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls
• Records pertinent guest information in the pass-on log • Replenishes continental breakfast as needed and keeps area clean
• Ensures common area/lobby is clean
• Performs laundry functions as directed
• All other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
0 - 1+ year of customer service experience
Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
Ability to answer and route calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.

As the first point of contact, your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out.
* Greet guests upon arrival, facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
* Handle room reservations, confirm guest details, assign rooms, and communicate any special requests or accommodations to relevant departments.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
* Process payments, verify payment information, and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordinating with the accounting department.
* Serve as a central point of communication, relay messages between guests and other hotel departments, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
