Additionally, communicate with chemical vendors as needed to verify VOCs. o In conjunction with the EHS Manager, lead the cultural change to become more environmentally friendly at home and at work. o Responsible for overall administration of plant ISO procedures and documentation EHS Duties: o Administer basic first aid to Team Members as needed. o Transport and accompany injured Team Members to medical facilities when needed. o Participate in the incident investigation process with the EHS Manager and line supervisors. o Perform Hazard Walks of the facility, identify hazards and non-conformances, and follow-up on corrective actions until closed. o Enforce EHS policies and educate team members on best practices and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) o Promote a positive EHS culture and take part in promoting EHS initiatives. o Participate in third party audits/inspections with the EHS Manager o Assist the EHS Manager as needed with data entry and EHS analytics. o Actively participate in the Facility Safety Committee meetings o Conduct New Hire Orientation for new hires as needed. o Help create, schedule, and execute annual EHS training.
